Hyperdontia occurs in any part of the mouth. These extra teeth look like the wisdom teeth and they have an adverse impact on the dental functions and the way in which the mouth operates.

It is also said by doctors that excess activity of the dental lamina. The dental lamina is the cell, that creates the germ which results in the production of teeth and in the case of Hyperdontia, is causes in the creation of excess teeth.
Treatment for Hyperdontia
The first step to determine about the treatment which is available for this dental condition is to take an x-ray of the teeth, so that the dentist can understand the condition of the teeth. If the diagnostic test is done early and if the teeth have partially erupted, it is relatively easier to extract the teeth.
But, if the supernumerary tooth is impacted, it has to be taken out using a surgical method by using anesthesia. The procedure is complicated but given the right and reputed orthodontists(Like, at GA Dental), there will be minimal pain and guaranteed results.
